AGA is the premier platform where collegiate athletes monetize their gaming skills through structured NIL retainer agreements and high-stakes e-sports tournaments. We bridge the gap between the NIL dollars your program has committed to players and a legitimate, NCAA-compliant vehicle for delivering them.
We handle every piece of the operation — production, compliance, content, streaming, and distribution. Your athletes just play.
How It Works
Two distinct fees. Clean structure.
Talent Fee — negotiated directly between Alabama and your athletes
Alabama and each athlete's agent determine compensation independently. Once those commitments are set, AGA steps in as the structured NIL vehicle to fulfill them — distributing payments compliantly, on schedule, and separate from institutional funds. The athlete's schedule of streaming sessions and tournament participation is then built around that agreement.
Service Fee — paid to AGA for full-season operations
This is our fee for producing, streaming, and marketing your athletes' content all season. Clippers edit highlights. Moderators manage live streams. Your players get a real, professional gaming brand. Our cost is fixed and independent of what your athletes earn.

Sponsored, in-person tournaments give your players high-profile moments and your program a recruiting edge — AGA-affiliated becomes part of your NIL pitch to incoming athletes.
